I designed and developed two interactive checklists for CQUniversity on behalf of the Bushfire and Natural Hazards CRC. The checklists provide guidelines to improve team processes before, after and during an emergency, and are now being used by the South Australia Country Fire Service, Tasmania Fire Service and NSW State Emergency Service.
